1. about these terms

This website at mauricejamesconcierge.com (the “Site”) is operated by Maurice James L.L.C-FZ, registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Maurice James”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. the site is a pre-launch page

The Site is currently a pre-launch, informational page. It exists to introduce Maurice James and to let you register your interest. No products, services or bookings are offered or sold through the Site, and nothing on it constitutes an offer, a contract, or a guarantee that any service, launch date or early-access place will be provided. Any launch timing or feature described is indicative and may change.

3. registering your interest

If you submit your details, you are asking to be kept informed about our launch. Doing so does not create any contract between us or entitle you to any service. We may contact you as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can opt out at any time. Please provide accurate information and only your own details.

4. intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Maurice James name, logos, brand elements, text, design and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Maurice James and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Photography is used under licence. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

5. acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or submit false or misleading information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its systems;
• use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Site; or
• introduce any malicious code or otherwise misuse the Site.

Where the Site links to third-party platforms or websites, we are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and following any such link is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maurice James will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. 11. governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
